Nominee Services

Irish Company law requires that information on directors must be registered in the public files of the Companies Registration Office before company formation can be completed. Therefore only by using nominee directors can the client’s anonymity and confidentiality be ensured. The basic function of the Nominee Director is to shield and protect working executives within your organisation.

The Nominee Services we provide are for administration purposes only; which means that any documents that need signing by the nominee will be signed by us and returned to you.
We do not actually get involved in the running of your company and are on the Companies Registration Office in name only. You will still need to perform the duties of the company appointment but we will handle any signing of documents on your instruction.
