Key Deadlines to Mark on Your Calendar
1. Company Incorporation Deadline: December 12, 2023
Ready to turn your business idea into reality? If you’ve received the A1 and Constitution signature pages from us, make sure to complete and return them by December 12, 2023. Adherence to the instructions regarding signatures and accompanying documents is essential for a smooth incorporation.
2. The Early Bird Gets the Worm
Haven’t kicked off your incorporation journey yet? Now’s the time to start. Beginning early ensures that you receive and return your documents well within the deadline. Remember, Non-Resident Directors will need extra time to secure a Verification of Identity number.
3. Special Attention for Non-EEA Directors
For those without a Director in the European Economic Area, obtaining a Section 137 Non-Resident Directors bond is required. This process can extend by a week as the insurance company issues the bond. Although having a bond doesn’t guarantee incorporation by year-end, rest assured, we’ll expedite the processing of your papers soon after the deadline.
4. Considering a Name Change for Your Limited Company?
