If your company formation application is rejected by the CRO/Companies House, no refund will be issued for services purchased from The Start-Up Shop.

Our Full Company Secretary Service offers comprehensive support to keep your private limited company compliant. Here’s what’s included in this annual service:

  • Company Secretary Appointment:** If required, we can appoint Bizcube Secretarial Limited as the secretary of your company, ensuring proper administration.
  • Maintenance of Statutory Registers:** We’ll maintain your company’s statutory registers and minute books, including registers such as the Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Secretaries, Register of People with Significant Control, and more, as required by the Companies Act 2014.
  • Company Secretarial Advice:** We provide company secretarial advice and assistance, including the preparation of board minutes, resolutions, and CRO / Companies House forms for up to ten transactions per year. These transactions include Annual Return/Confirmation Statement, Change of Registered Office address, Change of Accounting Reference Date, Change of Company Name, Director Appointment or Resignation, Secretary Appointment or Resignation, Transfer of Shares (up to 2 Shareholders), and Issue of Shares (up to 2 Shareholders).
  • Fixed Annual Fee: Our service comes at a fixed annual fee, See the All Service page for the most up-to-date price. Additional company secretarial services, if needed, will be charged according to our standard rates.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your services will be automatically renewed after a 12-month period unless you choose not to renew.

Please note that while we provide extensive support, the directors of your company remain responsible for ensuring that all statutory registers are accurate and up-to-date.

7. Business Telephone Services

Our Business Telephone Services provide you with a dedicated business telephone number and call answering services. It’s important to note that the telephone number provided is not owned by us. Any requests related to the use or porting of the telephone number should be directed to the telecom provider that owns the number.

8. Changes to Goods and Services

The prices for our goods and services are listed on our website. Please be aware that prices may be updated without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, if a serious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to void the transaction and provide a full refund.
We also reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw products and services offered on our website without prior notice.

  • Additional Products and Services: Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase if we haven’t started working on providing the product or service. No refunds are given if we cancel due to failure to provide necessary documentation.
