Limited Companies are legally required to maintain a Register that contains specific information; it can be in any format.

The Company Seal is an official mark, which shows the legally registered name and incorporation number of a company. A Company Seal is printed or pressed onto company documents to show that they are legal or have been officially approved.
The seal is used to sign official documents such as lease agreements, bank documents etc.

Every document that has been stamped with the company seal must be signed by a Director and Secretary or by a second Director.
Under Irish company law, a company must have its own Company Seal.
